Job Title: Performance Coach (8-12 month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
About the role:
The role of the Performance Coach is central to providing our customers with a safe, caring, professional proactive service, focussed on supporting clients with expertise and guidance to achieve the desired outcomes.
Your responsibilities:
Instructing, supporting and motivating clients in a safe and professional manner to achieve their personal goals
Design and deliver 1-2-1 client training programmes / re-programming, as needed, to support and achieve Client goals
Proactively maintain high levels of engagement with clients to promote retention, joy, encouragement and motivation
Plan and lead group exercise classes, as required
Capability to work professionally and proactively within a team and support the day-to-day operation of the site
Service delivery / travel across the Client campus locations, within the specified city/region, is necessary
Deliver sessions both onsite and digitally to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all platforms
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to share insights and drive continuous improvement
Take ownership of personal and professional development, engaging in continuous learning and applying new techniques
What you’ll bring:
Currently hold an industry certificate such as Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing/Coaching
REPS or CIMSPA accredited Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Degree in Exercise or Sports Science related field
Minimum of two years of personal training/fitness coaching experience
A proven track record of successfully working individually to establish training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing solutions and intervention outcomes
Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability
Demonstrable experience in a corporate wellbeing environment would be beneficial
Adaptable and solution-focused approach to changing needs
High energy with ability to inspire and motivate clients of all abilities
Familiarity with digital coaching and client engagement tools (e.g. G Suite, streaming or booking platforms)
The ability to work independently and on one’s own initiative with little supervision
Salary, Perks & Benefits:
Salary up to CHF 43,800 per annum
24 hours per week
