Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive (Fixed-Term to March 2027)
Location: Sheffield
About the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the development, execution, monitoring and evaluation of a B2B marketing plan and a number of ongoing, multichannel marketing initiatives that retains existing clients and grows the income from existing business.
Your responsibilities:
Work with the Head of marketing to develop the B2B Marketing Plan for the business, ensuring that it supports the delivery of our vision and corporate objectives.
Devise, implement and evaluate tactical and strategic marketing plans to deliver and exceed the B2B targets, this year and in future years.
Support the Head of marketing to develop and execute an effective B2B marketing plan that retains existing clients and grows the income from existing business.
Support the Head of marketing to optimise existing accounts
Responsible for the production of B2B content across a range of channels such as direct marketing, email marketing, company and product collateral, monitoring the results against objectives and expenditure.
Collaborate effectively with third-party marketing providers, such as agencies and printers, to deliver agreed targets/KPIs.
Develop, execute and evaluate new/enhanced product launch campaigns to our existing clients and develop content to support employee engagement.
Deliver and exceed the B2B targets agreed in the Marketing functional plan, providing regular reporting that summarises performance across a range of metrics.
Benchmark our B2B experience against competitive set and best practice. Keep abreast of developments within the health and wellbeing market, and the wider external environment to identify B2B best practice and seek out new, innovate and exciting ways to engage our customers and drive business impact.
Ensure Marketing budgets are monitored, adhered to and reconciled on a monthly basis. Record expenditure, raise purchase orders and ensure payment is made for any Marketing activities.
What you’ll bring:
Degree level educated
A professional qualification in marketing such as CIM, CIPR, IDM
Some experience of working with insight and data to deliver desired outcomes
Some experience of developing and delivering innovative multichannel campaigns and plans, measuring their effectiveness
Experience of working within brand guidelines
Some experience of directing and working with agencies, printers and suppliers
Proven experience of managing timescales and budgets
