Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador
Location: London (New Site), with travel
About the role:
Our client, a global tech giant recognised as the world’s most widely used search platform, are looking for a Hospitality Ambassador for a new, innovative site in Central London.
We are looking for the type of person that can build an wellness environment that provides safety, comfort and consistency, reflecting what the users of the facility deserve.
You will be the face of our campus wellness experience. Not just in the moments you are present, but in the standard you set and the capability you build in the people around you. The Coaches, Pool Attendants, and Vendor Partners will take their cue from how you move through the space, how you read a room, how you make the small moments land.
Your responsibilities:
Create a consistently welcoming environment across the entire wellness space
Role‑model exceptional hospitality standards for the wider campus team
Ensure every user feels seen, heard, and valued through intentional interactions
Maintain and elevate the quality of the space, systems, and service delivery
Build capability in others through presence, example, and consistent behaviours
Communicate clearly and appropriately with users, colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of building environments focused on the users wellbeing.
A passion to ensure service is always at its peak.
Curiosity about people and your users, use feedback to improve services and environment.
Ability to confidently and calmly communicate with users, vendors and clients, ensuring your language meets them at their level.
A passion for holistic wellbeing and fitness.
Salary, Perks & Benefits:
Up to 35,000.00 GBP dependent on experience.
25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
