Project Manager
Turn ambiguity into action: lead delivery across ROVA's five pillars with clarity, pace, and credible partnership, delivering change that lasts.
Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. High Five Health Promotion and Westfield Health and Wellbeing are brought together with over a century of combined heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed. We exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
PROJECT MANAGER
Navigate the unknown. Turn strategy into delivery, at pace.
ROVA is moving from strategic design into delivery. Five investment pillars, multiple workstreams, and Shared Services, operational teams, and external partners all moving at once. We need someone who can create clarity in that complexity.
This role will help turn the high-level programme roadmap into clear, joined-up implementation across ROVA, Shared Services, operational teams, and external partners — with a strong focus on operational delivery, dependency management, stakeholder coordination, and governance.
You'll act as the Programme Director's key delivery partner, connecting strategy, workstream activity, and day-to-day execution, helping bring ROVA's next phase of growth to life.
This is a role for someone who can create clarity in complexity, keep momentum across multiple moving parts, and help ensure change is practical, joined up, and built to last.
THE ROLE
Location : Onsite at any of our locations.
Language Requirements: Fluent English + additional languages would be advantageous.
Salary: Competitive, to be discussed at interview based on chosen location.
Contract: Fixed Term up to 12 Months
Level: Mid-Senior: established Project Manager
WHAT YOU BRING
→ A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM, or PMP would be helpful, but is not essential.
→ 5+ years' project management experience, ideally with knowledge of transformation, operational change, integration, digital, or brand implementation, or in complex corporate projects.
→ Experience delivering complex projects or transformation activity across multiple teams and geographies.
→ Strong planning, organisation, and dependency management skills, comfortable working at pace and balancing structure with flexibility.
→ Confidence working with senior stakeholders, operational teams, and external partners — credible enough to hold workstream owners to account.
→ Ability to turn ambiguity into clear actions, owners, and next steps.
→ Excellent communication skills, including concise reporting and executive-level updates.
→ Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the confidence to get close to the operational detail.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
01 Delivery Planning & Tracking
→ Translate the ROVA roadmap into clear delivery plans, milestones, actions, and owners.
→ Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across multiple workstreams.
→ Create structure without adding unnecessary process, helping teams move from discussion to delivery.
02 Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
→ Coordinate the operational rhythm between ROVA teams, operations, and external partners.
03 Reporting & Senior Leadership Updates
→ Prepare clear updates for the Programme Director, including progress, blockers, decisions required, and recommended next steps.
→ Support reporting for senior leadership, Steering, and Board materials where required.
04 Embedding Change & BAU Handover
→ Identify gaps between programme activity and BAU handover, ensuring work is embedded and sustainable.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
→The Programme Director has a clear, reliable view of delivery across all five pillars.
→Workstream owners understand priorities, dependencies, deadlines and decisions required.
→ROVA and Shared Services activity is joined up and moving at pace.
→Risks and blockers are surfaced early with practical recommendations.
→Senior reporting is clear, concise and decision-focused.
