For over 100 years, Westfield Health has been on a mission to make a healthy difference to our customers, our colleagues and the communities we work in. What began in Sheffield as a way to help people access affordable healthcare has grown into an international health and wellbeing company, trusted by more than 8,000 businesses and 400,000 people across the UK and Europe. We're proud of our not-for-profit roots: with no shareholders, the more successful we are, the more we can give back. We believe healthy people are happier and more productive, so we bring together evidence, insight and genuine care to help people and businesses be at their healthy, productive best, approaching every challenge with curiosity, taking ownership of the outcome, and always putting people first. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to build a career, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
At Westfield Health Group, communication is more than sharing information. It is how we connect colleagues to our purpose, bring our culture to life, and create the conditions for people and teams to thrive. As Group Communications Manager, you will shape and lead our internal communications strategy across Westfield Health and Rova Health. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, turning organisational objectives into clear, compelling communication that builds understanding, trust and commitment. You will also champion colleague voice and lead the move to a modern, mobile-first communications environment.
We're looking for someone who lives The Westfield Way. You're a great listener who builds trust, encourages open dialogue and makes sure colleague feedback is acted on. Bringing people together, you can naturally build strong relationships across teams and are always curious about better ways to communicate and engage. You'll take ownership, create clarity and follow through on your commitments. Above all, your enthusiasm, authenticity and optimism help colleagues feel connected, empowered and motivated to do their best.
