Meet Vicky Walker – Chief People Officer.

Now in her eighth year at Westfield, Vicky is responsible for leading our Shared Services colleagues and setting the strategic vision alongside Dave and Jason, not to mention being one of Westfields key spokespeople.

Each day brings something different — one moment Vicky could be writing Board reports or on Zoom calls with her fellow execs, the next she’s speaking at external events or helping shape the organisation’s future in a strategic meeting.

And when it comes to what fuels her drive? It’s the joy of watching people grow and achieve. As a dedicated working mum, Vicky shares how she does her best to balance her career with family fun— often featuring an epic table tennis showdown or two!
